I want to cancel my reservation. How does this work? The coronavirus has a gigantic impact on the travel industry. In response, we have made our cancellation policy more flexible. For reservations with a check-in date till April 1st 2021 there is a flexible cancellation policy. Guests will receive a full refund including service fees when cancelling before check-in. And hosts can also cancel free of charge. Reservations with a check-in date after April 1st, 2021, are not covered by our special terms. Instead the regular cancellation policy applies.

I want to book a campspace but don’t know how the travel situation will develop. What can I do? These are uncertain times and we understand your hesitation about planning a trip. My host has cancelled my reservation. What happens next? We understand that this is frustrating. The cancellation was done in order to guarantee the health and safety of others. It could even be that the host is directly or indirectly exposed to the coronavirus. When a host cancelsyou are entitled to a full refund including service costs.
