On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) as a global pandemic. Our terms provide the following coronavirus coverage to protect and reassure our community.
Reservations made for campspaces with a check-in date till December 1st, 2020, are subject to these special conditions and can be cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in. Guests who cancel receive a full refund, and hosts can cancel at no cost. Campspace will refund all service fees for eligible cancellations.
The regular cancellation policy applies to reservations with a check-in date after December 1st, 2020.
Campspace reservations with a check-in date up to and including December 1st, 2020, may be cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in. This means that guests who cancel will receive a full refund. This COVID-19 cancellation policy only applies if you are coming from an area or traveling to an area where code orange or red applies.
Reservations with a check-in date after December 1st 2020, are not covered by our special terms. The regular cancellation policy apply.
For guests: If you cancel a reservation covered by this special policy, you will receive a full refund and Campspace will refund all service fees. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For hosts: if you cancel a reservation covered by this special policy, we ask you to send a personal message to your guests. And also contact us at email@example.com and we will handle further with your guests.
If the reservation is not covered, the regular cancellation conditions apply. We recommend you to contact your host or guest to discuss the options for cancellation and refund.
