Cancellation policy related to coronavirus

On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) as a global pandemic. Our terms provide the following coronavirus coverage to protect and reassure our community.

Reservations made for Campspaces with a check-in date till April 28, 2020, are subject to these special conditions and can be cancelled before check-in. Guests who cancel receive a full refund, and hosts can cancel at no cost. Campspace will refund all service fees for eligible cancellations. 

The regular cancellation policy applies to reservations with a check-in date after April 28, 2020.

Which reservations are covered?

Campspace reservations with a check-in date up to and including April 28, 2020, may be cancelled before check-in. This means that guests who cancel will receive a full refund. 

Reservations with a check-in date after April 28, 2020, are not covered by our special terms. The regular cancellation policy apply.

How it works

For guests: If you cancel a reservation covered by this special policy, you will receive a full refund and Campspace will refund all service fees. Contact us at support@campspace.com.

For hosts: if you cancel a reservation covered by this special policy, we ask you to send a personale message to your guests. And also contact us at support@campspace.com and we will handle further with your guests. 

If the reservation is not covered, the regular cancellation conditions apply. We recommend that you contact your host or guest to discuss the options for cancellation and refund.
