Do you simply want to take a deep breath and reconnect with nature? Then this green oasis of well-being is just the thing for your next micro-adventure! Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Stuttgart-Uhlbach, a private, 400-square-meter, fenced garden plot awaits you, surrounded by shady trees. Here, you'll find a peaceful haven. With a bit of luck, you might spot deer coming right up to the fence or watch fireflies dancing on balmy summer nights. 🏕️ Your sleeping quarters: The terrace: The large, partially covered terrace offers ample space for a comfortable two-person tent. Here you can sleep either under the roof or directly under the stars. The garden house: A cozy, 6-square-meter garden house is available as a lovely retreat during the day. NOTE: Due to the furnishings, overnight stays in the garden house itself are unfortunately not possible. Relaxation: An extra-large hammock awaits you under the old apple tree. The perfect place to read during the day and gaze at the stars at night. 🍳 Amenities & Comfort: Even in nature, you don't have to forgo any comforts – everything is provided for a true outdoor experience: Sanitary & Water: There is running water and a toilet on the property. A freshwater shower also provides the perfect refreshment on hot summer days. Kitchen & Coffee: A gas stove including a grill is available for your outdoor kitchen. For the perfect start to the day, there is a moka pot with which you can prepare fresh, hot coffee directly on the gas stove. Cooling: You can store your supplies and drinks in the earth refrigerator, which maintains a constant temperature of approximately 20°C. Power supply: You can conveniently charge your USB devices (smartphone, power bank, etc.) using the on-site solar panels. Unfortunately, it is not possible to operate devices with a wall socket. Arrival: A private parking space is located directly in front of the property. 🥾 Activities & Surroundings (all within walking distance!) The property is the ideal starting point for hiking, culinary experiences, and cultural activities: Dining: Two popular restaurants with idyllic beer gardens, Sieben Linden and Katharinenlinde, are just a few minutes' walk away. Hiking & Nature: The Esslingen Heights Trail and the beautiful wine trail around picturesque Stuttgart-Uhlbach start right outside the door. Highlights: Hike to the magnificent viewpoints at Katharinenlinde or visit the famous Württemberg Mausoleum. Culture: The historic old town of Esslingen am Neckar is also easily accessible for a day trip on foot or by bicycle. Pack your belongings, grab your tent, and head out into nature! Your unforgettable adventure awaits. PLEASE NOTE: The parking space and access are only suitable for one car. Not suitable for vans or motorhomes. Please also note: Out of respect for nature, the property is limited to two adults and one child. Garden parties with additional guests are not permitted.
