About this location

The yurt is close to PUY DU FOU (20 min by car).
You will appreciate my accommodation for the calm it offers and the omnipresent nature all around.
You will love its amenities (electricity, heating, WiFi, private bathroom) and its location in the heart of nature, in the heart of a wood and at the same time finally so close to the city and exciting tourist sites.
My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with children).
In the grounds of my guesthouse, you will find 3 adorable dwarf goats who maintain the hillside and are very curious, dwarf chickens, and various parakeets.
There is also a vegetable garden and an orchard, as well as a whole section of wild woodland where natural wildlife thrives in peace.
Reservation TWO NIGHTS minimum.
The guesthouse and its authentic Mongolian yurt are in a wooded area of 1.5 hectares on the hillsides, above the Sèvre Nantaise river.
The entire valley, including Les Beaux Chênes, is classified as a "natural zone".
So there are no neighbors within 600m.
Natural wildlife reigns supreme in these places.
Squirrels and deer are discreet, but they are definitely there. Dragonflies, damselflies, butterflies, and many birds enchant the day with their presence.
Activities
The setting invites you to relax, read in peace and quiet while listening to birdsong, or go for walks and hikes (on horseback or by bike) along the river below (GR, Vendée-Vélo at the bottom of the estate, equestrian center nearby).
The surrounding area offers a wide range of possibilities (accessible by car):

- Parc Oriental de Maulévrier (and its Bonsai fair in September)
Other remarks
Very well-stocked grocery store (+ fresh bakery bread) 1.5km away, in the neighboring village.

It is a genuine Mongolian yurt, imported and handmade on site in Ulaanbaatar.
Made almost exclusively from natural materials (wood, sheep's wool, horsehair, cotton, etc.), it offers a complete change of scenery with its round shape and its profusion of wood and natural scents.
Spending a night there means spending a night in the heart of nature, with the comfort and reassurance of closed accommodation.
The toilets
The toilets are individual.
They are about 20m from the yurt, in my house, but with outside access.
You are therefore completely free to use them independently (sink, toilet, shower, towel dryer, hot water of course).
The equipment
The yurt is equipped with a double bed, a trundle bed, and if necessary a folding extra bed (baby bed, or 80*190 bed).
Duvets and pillows are provided. (Sheets and towels are optional: €5/person/stay).
It includes a coffee table, stools, trash can, WIFI, light, electricity, and electric heating if needed.
Outdoor garden table, deck chair.
There is NO kitchen (but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker available near the yurt).
A small barbecue is available on request (in compliance with safety regulations).
