Our farm is located at an altitude of approximately 380 m and offers a fantastic view over the Achertal valley with its countless cherry trees, all the way to the Vosges Mountains.
The tradition of our farm dates back to the 17th century. The farm has been family-owned ever since. Until the end of the 1990s, arable farming, viticulture, fruit growing, livestock breeding, and forestry were all part-time activities here. The tradition of baking bread in a small wood-fired oven has been preserved to this day.
Horses have been kept on our farm since the early 1970s. For several years now, we have offered trail rides and riding lessons, so horses have retained a permanent place on our farm to this day.
Our campsite is located above the riding stables, offering stunning views across the Rhine plain to the Vosges Mountains. Our beautiful surroundings are ideal for long walks, hikes, and bike rides. There's a beautiful outdoor pool in the village, and attractions like Mummelsee and Europa-Park are easily accessible.
Cold drinks, local wine and schnapps, and small snacks can be purchased from our on-site Regiomat. Additional catering (breakfast, barbecue evenings, snacks, packed lunches) is available upon request.
Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a leash while on the premises. Pony rides/pony walks for children can be booked, and trail rides/riding lessons for teenagers and adults are available upon request, depending on riding experience. Please arrange riding appointments in advance if possible; appointments cannot always be arranged at short notice.
