About this location
We welcome you to our garden (approximately 3000m²), where you can park a short distance from our house, facing the trees and fields below, ensuring your privacy. We provide an electric reel and access to our garage, which includes a sink with hot and cold water. We also offer a barbecue (charcoal not provided), a table and chairs if needed, and parasols. Our house is located in a small hamlet in St. Mathurin. You can reach the Vendée Vélo cycle route in 5 minutes and explore the beautiful cycling paths of the Vendée region. The beach at Les Sables d'Olonne is a 15-minute drive away (also accessible by bicycle). Our cat is terrified of dogs, so we prefer to avoid them.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
