Tips

  • There is a nature reserve called 'Hoge Dijken' nearby where you can enjoy a lovely walk. Dogs are allowed there.

  • There is a bus connection to Ostend and Bruges every half hour, within a 50-meter walking distance. There is also a bus connection to Gistel, Torhout, and Koekelare.

  • On Wednesday afternoon, there is a small local market in Oudenburg center, a half-hour walk away. Supermarket Spegelaere in Oudenburg and supermarket Delhaize are within walking distance.

  • In the summer months, there are a few pop-up bars in the neighborhood.

  • In the center of Oudenburg, you will find the best chip shop where, in addition to the usual fried snacks, you can also order fresh, homemade hamburgers and salads.
