Nature lovers seeking tranquility, we warmly welcome you to our property adjoining our house, which we have been renovating for the past ten years. We are located 3 km from the village where you will find a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, newsagent/tobacconist, restaurant, etc. If you are motorcyclists, we share the same passion. Secure parking is available for your motorcycles or sidecars. In the heart of the countryside, peace and quiet are guaranteed... a charming location, the property is bordered by a sunken lane. Activities: Less than 5 km from Légendia Park, the Martinière Canal (fishing, paddleboarding, etc.), the Loire à Vélo cycling route, 25 minutes from the Jade Coast (Pornic, Saint-Brévin, etc.), 25 minutes from the Machines de l'Île (Nantes), and 25 minutes from the Saint-Nazaire shipyards.
