About this location

Very green garden, enclosed by walls allowing you to pitch a few tents for a pleasant stay
In the heart of a hamlet and 2 kilometers from the sea, the land is close to two farms. The land belongs to an association that runs an agricultural and cultural third place consisting of a stopover gîte, a performance hall, and soon an associative bar-café and a shared workspace. The association regularly organizes agricultural and cultural activities and environmental and social transition activities.
Activities
The association offers regular activities, both agricultural and cultural. You can also enjoy two farms (livestock and organic market gardening) for a farm stay.
Located in the middle of the Normandy landing beaches, just minutes from the port of Port-en-Bessin or the medieval town of Bayeux, you can enjoy the Bessin region in a privileged way. Numerous hiking trails are accessible from the cottage and bicycles are available on site.
Other remarks
The price includes tourist tax. This mandatory tax is managed by the intercommunal tourist office and is not our responsibility.
When you book, we will ask for your email address so we can send you practical information. Regarding arrivals, we ask to know your preferred arrival time so that a volunteer from the association can be on site to welcome you.

The pitches being in the garden of a gîte, campers can enjoy a bathroom and a toilet in the immediate vicinity in the gîte. Access is possible 24 hours a day.
As a camper, you have the possibility to use the common areas of the gîte d'étape/coliving, namely a large kitchen, a dining room and a living room. You can cook your own meals or enjoy a table shared with other residents.
Concerning electricity, the pitches are without any. In the cottage, it is possible to recharge your phone or other device, to use the fridges etc.
Tent rental is possible at an additional cost, we have a 2-person tent that you will need to set up on arrival and take down on departure.

The association brings to life an agricultural and cultural place composed of an accommodation space in the form of a collective lodging and is preparing the rehabilitation of a barn into a performance hall, a community café and a shared work space.
We offer regular activities on broad themes such as historical visits, market gardening workshops, eco-responsible awareness raising, etc.
