As residents of Lyon, we fell in love with this building in peril, built for the polder engineers in the 1870s. Listed as a heritage site, notably for its monumental Rococo-style cistern, the work of Joseph Monier, inventor of reinforced concrete, this park and building complex deserves a new lease on life. We hope to open it to travelers, allowing them to discover the Mont Saint-Michel Bay region, on both the Normandy and Brittany sides. The revenue generated will contribute to its restoration. Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
