About this location
My name is Benjam. A few years ago, after much traveling and meeting new people, I wanted to settle down in my native Normandy. I needed to find meaning in what I was doing. And I concluded that travel is ultimately a concept that doesn't necessarily require covering long distances. For me, it's more about encounters than distance. I own a guesthouse in Heudreville-sur-Eure (27400), and last season, I started welcoming travelers. We're an hour from Paris, an hour from Deauville, and 30 minutes from Rouen. Whether they were from France or abroad, the observation was the same: people completely disconnected (and not just because of the lack of cell service 😉, there's also Wi-Fi). Our incredible, warm, and family-like welcome probably has something to do with it (in all humility, of course ^^), inviting well-being and relaxation. In short, a little corner of paradise where you feel right at home. That's what they say ^^. "Mi casa es su casa" (My house is your house). The feedback has been very positive, and I'm now looking to develop a motorhome area and three pitches for campers, complete with sanitary facilities, but that's not all! The house offers a great starting point for exploring the region and its many cultural attractions (Giverny with Monet, Roman ruins, the Museum of Impressionism in Rouen, the Seine nearby, and much more). Not to mention the countless trails, ponds, and rivers, etc. This former farmhouse is a very simple place steeped in history. It has several buildings and offers free access to a swimming pool with a pool house, a cold plunge pool, a sauna, and a convivial space for healthy lunches in a relaxed or stimulating setting, if you prefer. A garden filled with fruit trees and natural, secluded spots invites relaxation. Lunches are available and are prepared with produce from the garden (except for flour and sugar/salt 😉). We have camping experience and would like to share it in a different way!

Dear travelers! We are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful region. It abounds with leisure activities, museums, and other sites to visit. With this in mind, we have set up services that might interest you. Additional services include meals, barbecues, tours… We were even asked for a live band once, which speaks volumes about our expertise! ^^ Don't hesitate to ask for more information! 1 hour from Paris, 1 hour from Honfleur, and 30 minutes from Rouen.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
