Welcome to “La Datcha” – 5000 m² of fun between chickens, pétanque and swimming pool.
Looking for a relaxing spot with a little taste of freedom (and a big taste of barbecue)? Pitch your tent, van, or campervan on our 5,000 m² site, 15 minutes from the sea and Noirmoutier, and 20 minutes from Pornic.
Here you have everything you need to be at ease:
• Pool for taking a dip (or just showing off with your goggles)
• Barbecue available for grilling anything (except chickens)
• Homemade chicken coop: fresh eggs every morning (the hens work harder than us)
• Ping-pong table, darts, pétanque: dream campsite atmosphere without the annoying neighbors
• Large spaces to set up your spot in complete freedom, surrounded by greenery and good vibes.
Just 10 minutes away, you have Challans, the town with everything you need (supermarkets, gas, and probably a good bakery).

Cool Rules of "La Datcha" Welcome to our place! Here, it's all about relaxation, but to ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone, here are a few easy rules to follow: 1. Schedule – Let's keep things running smoothly: • Arrival between 4 pm and 8 pm (we'll be waiting for you with a smile). • Departure before 11 am (so we have time to tidy up for the next guests). 2. Swimming Pool – Let's dive in, but not just any old way: • Open from 9 am to 7 pm for a peaceful splash. • Little swimmers are the sole responsibility of their parents! No adults, no swimming for children! 3. Dog-friendly: • Dogs are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and get along with other dogs. • Please pick up their "gifts" from the grass… The Easter egg hunt is at Easter! 4. Respect & Good Vibes: • Here, we live together, so we respect others, nature, the chickens, and naps. • No festival noise after 10 pm… unless everyone agrees (and we get out the pétanque). 5. Cleanliness – We keep it clean: • We sort, we throw away, we recycle, we leave the place as clean as we found it (or better, let's be crazy). • The barbecue is for grilling sausages, not the trash, or the chickens, although… 6. Bonus: • A friendly chat, a game of darts, a coffee at sunrise, and an aperitif at sunset? We're always up for it, especially if the guests are treating! The aperitif, not the coffee, of course!

Hi everyone! We're Adeline and Alex, a couple who love nature, meeting new people, and the simple life. We'd love to welcome you to our home, La Datcha, our little slice of paradise. We've created a space for sharing everything we love: peace and quiet, good times, and a touch of adventure, where we've created a haven for our two grown sons, Natty (19) and Nesta (12), and our friendly big dog, Ram's, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Argentine Dogo mix. La Datcha is more than just a 5000m² property with a pool and barbecue. It's a spirit: relaxation, nature, and conviviality – a place where everyone can unwind, breathe, and enjoy. We love welcoming travelers from all walks of life: hikers, cyclists, families, couples, solo travelers seeking tranquility, or adventurers in vans. Here, it's simple: good vibes, respect for others, and freedom. We're here if you need us, always up for a chat over coffee or an impromptu game of pétanque. And if you prefer peace and quiet, we respect that 100%. We look forward to seeing you at La Datcha!
