About this location
Hello and welcome to Challans,
If you'd like to stop off on your way to the coast, or just hang around on your way back, we'll try to make you as comfortable as possible in our small property.
In the heart of the Vendée, we live at a crossroads at the entrance to the town with the countryside in view.
There is some traffic during the day, but the property is well fenced with a high cypress hedge along the road.
The activities
You can relax in the pool, sunbathe in full if you wish, we are naturists but respect the choices or interests of each and everyone.
Lovely walks and bike rides in the area,
we're located about 20 km from the Atlantic coast, 30 km from the Ile de Noirmoutier, with many small oyster ports to visit, etc...

Hello everyone, if you would like to take a detour to our place, it will be with pleasure. We favor short stays (2 or 3 nights maximum) because being ourselves a motorhome driver, we also sometimes leave in other regions. A stopover with us can be a break before arriving on the coast or a way of delaying the return home. Thank you in advance for your kindness.
In any case, welcome to our home.
PS: For waste management, voluntary drop-off points are available nearby, we will tell you how to proceed.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Leave the site clean, if there are smokers, please do not leave cigarette butts lying around, we are non-smoking. For waste management, we will explain how it works when you arrive.
