About this location

Hello, we are a family of 5: dad, mom and the 3 girls.
We have a 5,200 m2 meadow in the middle of a small country village to put up tents and 1,000 m2 of parking to put up 1 or 2 camper vans or a caravan or even 2/3 vans.
This project started mid July 2023 I try to improve the site day by day.
We currently accept a maximum of 10 people per night (the site can be shared with other campers). For exceptional periods such as the F1 Grand Prix, Francofolie, Franche-Foire we can increase the capacity a little...
We are 10 minutes drive from Berinzenne, 5 minutes from spa and 10 minutes from Francorchamps!
We thought our little corner of paradise could be shared.
The land is 200 meters from our house, as the crow flies.
We put up a holiday caravan and 2 tents for the summer where our children will play.
The place is very quiet on Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday but on weekends it can be noisier because there is a football field 100 meters away!
No traffic, lots of greenery, very peaceful place according to my previous tenants.
The place is ideal for hikers, horse riders and cyclists!
5 minutes walk from Lake Warfaaz, 10 minutes walk from the woods (hundreds of hectares of woods :-)
-Spa Forest 10 minutes by car, 45 minutes on foot it is a treetop adventure course, scooter and electric bike rental + other activities.
Spa golf course same distance as spa forest
- Coo ça cascade and its amusement park are 25 minutes away by car.
-Château de Franchimont 20 minutes by car or 1h30 on foot
The spa center is full of cafes, restaurants, brasseries and shops.
The meadow is a 10-minute walk from 2 restaurants.
Several sources of natural spa water nearby, come and discover our naturally ferriginous water with magical properties for those who lack iron!
Nivezé is in the center of many tourist towns SPA, MAlMEDY, STAVELOT FRANCORCHAMPS .. 40 minutes from Liege and 15 minutes from Verviers.
We are surrounded by wonderful places for walks, the state and the sawe in solwaster, the ponds of chawion next to the golf course of Spa, the fagne of Berinzenne. A superb ravel right next door, see the photos for more ideas.

To respect the location, we put sorting bins at your disposal. We do not smoke in the meadow, we dedicate a smoking area 100 meters from the meadow with an ashtray. We are non-smokers and the meadow can sometimes be used as pasture, so we don't want the animals to eat cigarette butts :-( The place is a peaceful place if it is calm we hope that our campers will be too, if the day is a little more festive, around you can let loose a little :-). This last little sentence is not going to be to everyone's taste but I am as funny, kind and friendly as I am cash! So I hate children who are poorly behaved and spend their days screaming. Children and adolescents are welcome but provided that they are calm and respectful of the place, we choose to welcome people to come and relax in peace, not to come to the paradise campsite. I specify that if your children are nice, my daughters will be happy to show them our "mini farm" rabbits, goats, sheep, chickens, peacocks, pheasants turkeys...! I am a mum of 3 almost-teenagers, in a relationship for 18 years, living in a small countryside village in Liège province on the heights of Spa. I just turned 40 but I still have a passion for discovery, I love making new friends, I'm a funny and outgoing person. We currently have two listings: the first is for vans, motorhomes and caravans (autonomous, just needing a pitch, water and electricity); the second targets tent campers who want a more immersive experience. Everyone can book listing 2 for a small extra fee — check both and choose what suits you best. I hope to create a third listing next summer with a large 8-person tipi for rent, but that requires a bit of patience!
