In the heart of a beautiful nature reserve, at the foot of the Nete river, lies this glamping spot.
Inspired by permaculture principles, we have transformed this former weekend cottage into a place for rest, wonder, and (nature) connection. The strength and charm of our place and what we offer lies in its purity and simplicity.
Much of the terrain is shared. We also live here in a small chalet, but there is plenty of space for your privacy.
Centrally located is our colourful vegetable and flower garden
(from which we can prepare a delicious meal in the evening for those who wish.
Breakfast is also possible with eggs from our chickens and homemade sourdough bread.)
Besides lots of chickens, a couple of rabbits and our enthusiastic dog Storm also live here.
Anyone who wants to relax, connect with nature and is curious about what a simple off-the-grid life can look like

My name is Merel and I live with my boyfriend Steven in a chalet in the woods. We like to connect with people by letting them enjoy and be inspired by this beautiful place, to which we give our energy and dedication day in, day out. We are also both musicians and we regularly give sound journeys and relaxation concerts.

We think it is important that you take care of both yourself and the place and the peace here (so no drugs or excessive alcohol use). Dogs are allowed, provided you can keep them out of the vegetable garden :) Also keep in mind that we have a dog ourselves (which has to be assertive in the beginning) Making a fire is certainly possible, in the space provided. We do ask for a contribution for the wood.
