The property offers a rural-urban mix; you're in the countryside yet in town, with the D6382 departmental road towards Etretat just 100 meters away. A cycle path 50 meters away leads to the beaches of Le Havre, Sainte-Adresse, or Etretat. (This isn't the right option for those seeking solitude without encountering anyone.) Activities include mountain biking, pétanque, and anything else you might like to bring. We love horses, so bring yours—our donkeys will be delighted. A rubbish container is available for your use.

You arrive via a bridge, and immediately to the left, a private road allows you to park while you wait to be welcomed. The pitch is very easy to access and is a flat, stabilized grassy area. There are no size restrictions; we even had a semi-trailer truck through for the construction work. We've just planted trees, so you'll have to wait a little while for shade. Bring your parasol, as it faces due south! The new sanitary facilities are next to your pitch. Initially, we had a caravan as a temporary solution. Now, there's a brand-new walk-in shower with hot water. Chemical or dry toilets are nearby, and traditional toilets are at the far end of the site. Water and electricity are available. Tables and chairs are provided, as well as a room in a container with a bay window in case the rain ruins your meal on the terrace. You can charge your mobile phones. Remember to bring extension cords for added flexibility. Cooking is exclusively on the shared charcoal barbecue (available for purchase on-site if needed). A sink is available for washing your utensils.

On a flat, sunny plot of land, we welcome workers and tourists. We have sheep, beehives, and gardens. We love cycling and have a cycle path and the Le Havre ring road just 100 meters away, very convenient for getting to Etretat and Honfleur.
