About this location

This property is located in the heart of the countryside, 150m from the Erdre River, with shaded areas near a Natura 2000 protected site. It's 400m from the Velodyssée cycle route, perfect for bike rides towards the Nantes-Brest Canal or towards Sucé-sur-Erdre. Nantes city center is a 25-minute drive away. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, far from city lights, ideal for stargazing. A prime birdwatching area. The property includes an orchard, a vegetable garden, and several trees providing shade. Activities include canoeing on the Erdre (canoe available upon request), hiking to the Mazerolles plain, fishing at the Gamotrie port (150m), birdwatching (Natura 2000 area, 250 species can be observed), and cycling on the Velodyssée route towards Nantes or Nort-sur-Erdre. Children can use our very large trampoline upon request (no shoes allowed inside). Other notes: Arrivals are from 12 pm and departures are before noon. When the ground is waterlogged in winter, we cannot accommodate heavy vehicles. We provide a yellow bag for sorting waste and encourage campers to make good use of the compost. Any leftover food can be given to the chickens.
