About this location
We're delighted to welcome you to the back of our garden. Enjoy the peace and quiet, read a book in the hammock, sip tea on the Moroccan poufs, or chat by the fire pit. You're also welcome to jump on the trampoline, but don't be surprised if you're suddenly cheered on by three young children. Upon request, we can provide a vegetarian breakfast with a variety of homemade products. Our tent is located between the Scheldeland and Rupelstreek regions. Both regions offer incredible cycling and hiking opportunities. (There are several ferries nearby, to Boom, Schelle, and Rupelmonde.) A cycling junction is located 100 meters from the tent, near the cozy retro cycling café Bar Bruur. Some great routes include the Scheldt Castles Route, the Asparagus Route, the Lock-to-Lock Route, and the Belpop Bonanza Route. Hiking enthusiasts will also find plenty to do: Blaasveldbroek, Niels Broek, De Schorre in Boom (home to Tomorrowland), and around Liezele Fort (with a museum, multi-movement path, barefoot path, and more). The "Northern Island" is a great spot for birdwatchers. Several brochures with maps are available in the tent. There are also plenty of small villages easily accessible by bike, such as Hingene, Eikevliet, and Buitenland. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby, ranging from haute cuisine and tapas to traditional brasseries. We're happy to share some tips.

Since we moved, we've really enjoyed this garden and the surrounding area. We love sharing it with others. We're a young family with three young children (three boys ;-)) and enjoy spending time with them. My husband teaches special education, and I give presentations and training courses in Flanders, Brussels, and beyond.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
