About this location

Hello, We are a family with two children, and we welcome you to our 5,000m² property with a swimming pool and mature trees, located 3 kilometers from the sea. There is direct access to a hiking trail (for walking and mountain biking). We are also close to the Vélocéan cycle route. A bus stop (with a free shuttle nearby) is nearby. Shared facilities include: a dry toilet, a hot shower, a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishes, and phone jacks. Within 1 kilometer: a bakery, shops (Carrefour Market and Biocoop), bars and restaurants, and the Up2Play indoor multi-activity park (go-karting, trampoline park, indoor soccer, bowling, etc.). Within 3 kilometers: the Bay of La Baule/Pornichet, the coastal path, the town center market and shops, and a cinema. The property is surrounded by a meadow, a field, and a private wood. Only the road at the front of the campsite can be noisy at certain times (but the pitches are at the rear of the campsite). On-site activities: Swimming pool, Petanque court, Ping-pong table, Trampoline, Ball, rackets... available, Starting point for hiking and mountain biking trails. Nearby: Equestrian center, Surfing, sailing, and paddleboarding lessons and rentals, Fortified town and salt marshes of Guérande, Brière marshes, Wild coast of Le Pouliguen. Cyclists, the Vélocéan cycle route passes nearby, connecting to the Vélodyssée. Other notes: No parties, to preserve the peace and quiet of the area.
