About this location
Hello! Located precisely between Greetsiel (8km), Norden (9km), and Norddeich (13km), surrounded by greenery with plenty of space and even more views. The Norder Tief and Siel (for swimming), the salt marshes, and the dike are all nearby. Cycle paths start almost at the house, and the Kurbelpünte (a traditional ferry) is at the end of the road. A quick trip to Norderney, bike tours through East Frisia, watching the sunset on the dike, the fantastic Norden market on Saturdays or Mondays, the fishing village of Greetsiel, Emden Ottohus, the Kunsthalle (art gallery), the Tea Museum... everything is easily accessible. To start your day off right, we offer a bread roll bag in the morning with two regular rolls, two whole-grain rolls, and two croissants for €7. Due to the driveway, we recommend motorhomes up to a maximum length of 7 meters. If you are arriving with a tent or any extensions/attachments, please inquire beforehand to ensure it will fit. Many aspects of the tourist infrastructure in Norden/Norddeich and East Frisia would be impossible without the North Sea Card, and therefore also here in our region. The visitor's tax is payable from the age of 16.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Our driveway is suitable for motorhomes with a maximum length of 7.50 metres (depending on driving ability). Always drive forwards. We have enough space for maneuvering.

We welcome friendly dogs. Please note that there is an EU bird sanctuary outside our property. The breeding and nesting season is between April and July.
