Our geographical location is ideally placed to reach the main roads Nantes, Saint Nazaire, Vannes either by using your personal means of transport or by taking the train about 5 minutes on foot, which avoids using your vehicle and allows you to leave it in peace on the ground during your visits.
Quiet, natural and rural location.
Partly sunny, part shaded land away from the house, with apple trees, chestnut trees, hazel trees, ash trees, oak trees, sweet gum trees, maple trees, American oak trees, weeping willow trees, eucalyptus trees, etc.
Countryside hiking, the GR3 is nearby, hikes along the Côte d'Amour, horseback riding and cycling. The nearest sea is 20 minutes away and the Loire River is 10 minutes away by car.
In the commune of Savenay, 3 km from us, there is a multi-activity lake (jogging, fishing with a card, pedal boats, canoeing, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis, Tépacap treetop adventure park and Vallée des Korrigans park for young and old, etc.) and a very large golf course.
In the Savenay and Lavau marshes from the top of the observatory, you can observe many birds: herons, storks, kingfishers, sacred ibis of the Nile.

A gas station with a laundromat and a car and motorhome wash are located nearby. You can drain and refill your tank at the Hyper U gas station in the Colleraye area, not far from us.
Campers greatly appreciate these nearby access points. There's also a 5-screen cinema and a restaurant/crêperie within walking distance, just 2.5 km away.

Sanitary facilities
Bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet in an independent building close to the house, allowing perfect autonomy, accessible day and night.
Exterior lighting by presence detector allows access to the building in complete safety at night.
It is best to bring bottled water for consumption. Otherwise other information, it is not at all authorized to fill the water tank of motorhomes with our water, the latter being reserved only for taking showers and for washing dishes.
The equipment
Provision of a small fridge if necessary, a microwave, a kettle, and a sink for small dishes or small hand laundry in this same building.
For electricity, outside socket and possibility of an extension cord provided for power supply located outside the house if necessary.
A ping-pong table, wooden games (shuffleboard, Dutch billiards, triangle) can be loaned as well as a bicycle to help out...Goals are available to play football with the loan of a ball.
Possibility of leaving your cell phone to charge easily in the building including the bathroom in complete safety.

For tent campers, we do not provide dishes, pots or other cooking utensils.

Please advise your arrival times for the first day (please establish with us in advance depending on our staggered working hours) because otherwise you risk finding the door closed! Animals, dogs, cats, are welcome provided that they are docile..., that they are not aggressive with children and our animals because we have a few free-range chickens....We will ask you to keep your animal in check. leave during your stay.
