About this location

You'll be nestled in a verdant setting, in the heart of the countryside. If we're around, we can help you plan your holiday and perhaps even share a meal together to get to know each other better. We're located in a small, peaceful hamlet. You can stroll through our orchard and enjoy our 5m x 12m heated swimming pool, as well as our jacuzzi and pétanque court. The blue container houses a private bathroom for your use (shower, electrical outlet, sink, and composting toilet). We're 2km from the forest, and there are many walks you can enjoy right on the property. We're situated between L'AIGLE (Bohin Museum and market on Tuesday mornings), ARGENTAN (Haras du PIN stud farm), and ST EVROULT NOTRE DAME DU BOIS (leisure center with Parcabout adventure park). You can also explore the charming villages of the Perche region (Bellême, Mortagne-au-Perche, La Perrière, La Trappe Abbey, Senonches, etc.). You can spend a day at Center Parcs (Domaine des Bois Francs in Verneuil-sur-Avre). We also have an organic market gardener 2 km from the house (open Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm). Regarding the bathroom, we can make our bathroom (shower, double vanity, and bathtub) and toilet available to you if our house is free. Please check availability with us on arrival. We can provide our fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, etc.) as well as all cooking utensils and dishes. You also have access to the laundry room (washing machine €5). There is an outdoor electrical outlet and a water connection on the property. Extension cords are available upon request. In short, we can lend you everything from a box of matches to a barbecue... We also have a pétanque court, a jacuzzi, and a 5m x 12m heated swimming pool. The swimming pool is shared with us.
