Dear friends, welcome.
We live and share common spaces and tools that we wish to develop according to the wishes and needs of people present on the site.
Each person's private spaces are located outside the collective spaces: light dwellings, isolated rooms…
We operate horizontally, with times for reflection, work projects and community life.
The farm is hosted by an association on which 10 hectares extend. Its purpose is to provide access to land through usufruct and to be a carrier/facilitator of projects.
We wish to collectively experiment with agroecology, peasant farming, and reversible construction projects, all based on egalitarian, self-managed and permaculture principles.
Currently, we are three permanent residents: Sophie, her 2.5-year-old son Sélen, and Chloé who lives on the other side of the valley. There is also a dog, Lota. There is often passage, for an hour, a day, a week or several months. We are still learning and new to agroecological development, but determined to launch a subsistence agriculture dynamic.
We would be delighted to welcome you to pitch your tent or park your camper during your stay! You will have access to dry toilets, sanitary facilities, drinking water and also an electricity point (however, there is no possibility of using extension cords). You can also use the shared kitchen.
We have set up a small pay-what-you-wish collection for the use of common spaces. :)
This is a small 17th-century farmhouse nestled on the slope of a small Cotentin valley.
