About this location

I offer you my 4000m2 plot of land in Haute Normandie, 20 min from Neufchatel en Bray and 15 min from the casino at Forges les Eaux.
Take advantage of the green avenue reserved exclusively for pedestrians, cyclists, etc. to stroll safely to Dieppe.
A large garden in front of the house, with a small park where you can visit my little rabbit, a small plot at the back of the house nicely surrounded by greenery, and a large meadow at the back. You'll be awakened by the gentle chirping of the birds.
The activities
There are several stables in the area where you can enjoy horseback riding.
In Neufchatel en bray ( 20min ) :
To eat I recommend the Côme inn restaurant, for fun the bowling alley of the Pays de Bray and the cababray where you can sing karaoke every Friday night.
In Forges les Eaux (15-20min):
Spa pool at the Forges Hôtel, stroll through a magnificent park and pond.
Nice walk in the woods.

🌿 Green getaway in Upper Normandy - Large, peaceful property Welcome to our home! We welcome you to our spacious 4000 m² property, located in a small, peaceful village in Upper Normandy, where calm and serenity reign supreme. 📍 Ideal location Activities: 15 minutes from Forges-les-Eaux (Casino, parks) and 20 minutes from Neufchâtel-en-Bray. - Excellent restaurant Le Côme Inn in Neufchâtel-en-Bray and another very nice one on the edge of the Avenue Verte in Saint-Saire, "Le Quai Gourmand". Ideal for a delicious break. Sustainable mobility: Access to the Avenue Verte (nearest starting point via Saint-Saire or Neufchâtel-en-Bray). A safe route reserved for pedestrians and cyclists, ideal for a ride all the way to Dieppe and the sea! Amenities: A bar/tobacconist/grocery store is just steps from the house for any last-minute needs. 🏡 Your stay: Sleeping area: You can pitch your tent in the large meadow behind the house (access via a small gate; this area is kept separate from our dogs). Parking: Your vehicle can be parked safely in the front garden (the meadow is not accessible to vehicles). Breakfast: Upon request the day before, I will gladly prepare breakfast for you to start your day off right. Please note: To preserve my family's privacy, the bathroom and toilet in the house are not accessible. We do not yet have outdoor facilities, so it is essential that you are self-sufficient in this regard. I will do my best to ensure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible.
