About this location

Formerly a forester's lodge, my property is on the edge of the forest, frequented more by deer than campers. I would be happy to welcome hikers, cyclists, and motorcyclists to pitch their tents. (The meadow is not suitable for heavy vehicles in wet weather... but you can leave your car at the entrance to the property!) A large open space for children and adults to play, a pétanque court, and other games are available, as well as a garden table and chairs. The property has little shade, but for meals and activities, a large lean-to provides shelter from the sun or inclement weather. Activities: Ideally located for hiking in the Eawy Forest, one of the most beautiful beech forests in France. Numerous hiking trails, including the "Heart of Talou" circuit and the Paris/London Green Way (the Mesnières-en-Bray section is less than 10 km away, with a good climb!). Dieppe is 30 km away and Rouen 40 km. The Canadian Wildlife Park of Muchedent is 15 km away. Other remarks: All shops are 4 km away in Saint-Saëns. Market on Thursday mornings. Pharmacy, doctors, etc. Stays are limited to five nights.
