About this location
My land is located between the towns of Moncé-en-Belin and Arnage, next to the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack, more precisely next to the Indianapolis bend. Once you're on the land, everything is within walking distance, and a shuttle is available to take you to the various popular 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack locations.
The land offers other advantages: it is shaded and well located for outings. The city of Le Mans is also very pretty. It has many museums, most of which are free (Musée de Tessé, Musée Vert, Musée du Carré Plantagenêt) and also the Automobile Museum (for a fee). Strolling through the cobbled streets of Vieux Mans is also very pleasant, and you can find very good restaurants and a beautiful cathedral.
Sarthe is also a land of hiking. There's something for everyone, from young to experienced hikers.
The grounds are enclosed and located in the countryside, 1.5 kilometers from the city center. There is a shaded area.
The land is quiet.

The sanitary block includes a shower, a toilet and an outdoor sink with cold and hot water.
The rates displayed on the website are valid year-round, with the exception of events related to the Le Mans 24 Hours Circuit. This rate does not include electricity. An electricity connection is available (please request this in advance).
