Creator of two restaurants located in unique settings, I have always been passionate about imagining spaces where people gather with pleasure, simply, among friends or family, to share a moment outside of time.
A great lover of travel and adventure, I myself have traveled the roads with my fully equipped Defender 110 for bivouacking. It is undoubtedly this taste for freedom and encounters that gave me the desire to open these living spaces to passing travelers.
