Hello
Ideal for a breakdown, our small family garden can accommodate 1 to 2 small tents for the night.
You have access to the garden through an independent gate that must be closed. I accept quiet animals, the garden is fenced but I have neighbors so you have to respect them. We have a cat.
There are games for children in the garden which are accessible if you come with your little ones. Be careful to watch them because between the swing and the trampoline an accident would be unfortunate.
Please also make sure that everyone respects the material and the place :)
We are located at the entrance of a housing estate in a small village.
There is some traffic but we are not on a major road so it is relatively quiet, especially at night.
A company is located in front of my house.
My garden is adjoining my neighbor's but there is no visibility on it because a wooden panel separates them.
However, my garden is visible from the road I have not yet broken the view.
There are no street lights on at night.
The activities
On the spot you have access to a children's park, a bar-tobacco shop, a supermarket, a bakery, hiking trails...
For the rest we can talk about it in person if you are looking for something to do.
The Bioparc of Doué la Fontaine is 12 minutes away by car, the park of the Massais valley is 20 minutes away.
Other things
We are a 12 minute drive from Doué la Fontaine. Thouars is 25 minutes away, Saumur 30 and Cholet 35 minutes.

The garden goes around the house but the tents will have to be set up in the back (the biggest and most discreet part). There is no shade where the tents can be set up.
The terrain is more or less flat and accessible from the house or via the independent gate. Ideal for tents for 2/ 3 persons max.
The sanitary facilities
For the toilets and the shower = they are accessible in the house under the condition that I am at home (otherwise everything is closed). There is no water point outside.
The amenities
I can give you access to my box (fiber). For the kitchen I can give you access to my equipment if necessary.
There is no outlet outside but if you need electricity we can arrange it. I have extension cords etc.
Tent ready
I have a 2 seconds 2 places and a 3 places classic as well as all the necessary (lamps, mattress / carpet etc). The loan of a tent will require a supplement to be paid on the spot.
