About this campspace

Come and discover life in a troglodytic dwelling and stay on our roof in the middle of the forest. It's a peaceful place to recharge your batteries, where flora and fauna are king. We're building up the campsite over time, improving comfort little by little. Ideal for touring cyclists, seasonal workers, nature lovers, ...

Nestling in the middle of the forest, you'll have a panoramic view over the countryside and fields, which is what makes this place so charming.
You'll need to climb above our house to reach the campsite.

Hiking nearby. The Loire River is just a few kilometers away. There's also a swimming pond in the neighboring village and a guinguette.

The activities
The region is very popular with tourists, thanks to its many chateaux and troglodytic sites where you can step back in time, as well as the beautiful Loire River, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which lies nearby. You'll never be bored. We can provide you with brochures of nearby activities and IGN maps.

Other things
We value sharing, but respect each other's privacy.
We're always ready to help and advise.

There's a flour and bread mill 2 kilometers away.
You'll also find two restaurants serving fouées (a local specialty) a few kilometers away (Grézillé, Sarré, Saumur or Louresse Rochemenier).
The nearest shops are a 5-minute drive away.

We may not be there when you arrive. You'll then be able to settle in on your own.

Packed lunches of local produce available on reservation (€40).
Breakfast and brunch also available on reservation the day before (from 10€).
Free morning tea and coffee.
Drinks and ice cream available on site.
Possibility of reserving your own bread for the morning.
Forest bath session (breathing, sensory discovery, emotion and stress management) on reservation.

Shuttle service to Anjou Vélo Vintage available on July 1 and 2 (with bikes).
Murder party weekend on June 10/11, 2023. Please contact us for these dates before booking. Another date is planned for September.

I am a simple and friendly person. I like sharing and showing off my troglodyte cellars. Passionate about horse riding, I also love nature.
