About this location

I offer you a very quiet camping space with a small stream, trees, a little slope, a little wind, a lot of grass and sometimes a doe, a deer, a badger... access to bathroom between 17:30 and 19:00 dry toilets, electrical outlet, garage to store 3 things sheltered from the rain.
At the end of a cul-de-sac where there's only this house, there's no house for 500 m around. Occasionally, there's a farmer in the vicinity who can make some noise, but apart from these exceptions, it's very quiet, a haven of peace in which to regenerate.
The activities
5 minutes away is Mont Cerisy with its old castle, pétanque area, refreshment bar and various forest walks around and on the mountain.
And 25 minutes away, you'll find the Clécy "vélos rails" with refreshment stands and restaurants at the beginning and end of the route.
In the towns of Flers and Condé, you'll find all amenities, an industrial zone with restaurants and all kinds of supermarkets.
Mont Saint-Michel, Granville, Ouistreham and Caen are only 1 hour away.

The camping area can be in the shade, with a gentle breeze almost all the time, or in half or full sun. I make little use of the garden, which you can use for the duration of your stay.

There's an outdoor tap with free access to drinking water 24 hours a day, as well as an outdoor electricity socket with free access 24 hours a day.

If you wish, you can also spend a night in the dormitory at the far end of the garden in the well-energized sheepfold, or in the cottage currently being renovated with its small fireplace, which is not currently in use.

There's a flat space at the very top, facing due east on the plateau side.

There is no maximum size for your type of accommodation.
The sanitary facilities
The dry toilets are accessible outside H24, and the pee room can be used anywhere in the garden.

Access to the bathroom is possible in the evenings, preferably from 5:30pm to 7pm, and in the mornings and outside these times on request.
The amenities
You can set up your kitchen wherever you like, or you can sit in the outdoor living room, which is cool and shady, protected from the rain but open on all sides to the garden (pleasant and bucolic).

The evening area is available for an outdoor evening around the fire on wooden benches.

As for the Internet, Bouygues and Orange networks work well. Sfr a little less so.

Recycling garbage cans for packaging (yellow), glass (green), other waste and bulky items are available in the summer lounge. Children are welcome, subject to reasonable noise levels.
