About this location

Our charming home with a spacious and peaceful garden is located in Assebroek, just 1.5 km from the center of Bruges (Gentpoort). The campsite is surrounded by lush greenery. You will share the garden with our cat and a few chickens. Meals can be enjoyed on a terrace next to a fish-filled pond. Heating is provided by the fire pit, for which firewood is available. You can use a sink, toilet, and shower in our house. We also have camping equipment available for use in case of emergency. Many shops can be found in the area: butchers, bakeries, supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Delhaize, and Carrefour), restaurants, an AS Adventure store, etc. Just behind the garden is the Gemene Weidebeek nature reserve, where you can go for walks. In the wider area, you can also walk and cycle in the Veltembos, Ryckeveldebos, and Assebroekse Meersen. You can perfectly combine enjoying the peace and nature with a visit to Bruges. This medieval city offers plenty of art, culture, and charm. By bike, you can reach the Bruges market square in 10 minutes. If you wish to enjoy peace and quiet in pleasant surroundings, you have come to the right place. Welcome!
