About this location
We welcome you to Normandy, in Bretteville-en-Saire, a small seaside town, 15 minutes from Cherbourg by car. The property offers breathtaking sea views and borders a tourist route. Just cross the road and walk a few meters to swim at Bretteville beach. Lovely walks are possible along the seaside or in the countryside.
The area is quiet, but the tourist road is busy in the early morning and late afternoon especially.
Since spring, a trendy and very nice bar, the Goéland, has set up shop opposite the beach. It's a very cool place to have a drink, a board or a meal. But when the weather is nice, it brings a lot of traffic and activity to Bretteville and opposite my land.
From June to September, food trucks come every evening near my location, which can be very convenient.
The 3 fir trees that border the land, the view and the sound of the sea are the highlights of this place. The sunset over the sea is magnificent!

- In the commune of Bretteville, walking, hiking, swimming, fishing on foot, playground for children. Foot truck in summer every evening and on weekends right in front of the field.
- 10 minutes by car, nautical base (sailing and canoeing), indoor swimming pool.
- 15 minutes away, Cherbourg: city center, market on Thursdays and Saturdays, seaside city
- In the surrounding area, visit the Val de Saire and La Hague
- A little further on, the Landing beaches, Sainte Mère Église, Mont-Saint-Michel
