About this location
Comfortable tiny house for two people located on our property in the hills above Bois-de-Villers, with a private outdoor area including a garden (fencing is being installed but not yet finished), a terrace, garden furniture, and a hot tub heated to 38°C. Access to the heated swimming pool (28°C). Please note that this is a shared space with the owners, as the pool is adjacent to our terrace. Inside, you will find all the necessary amenities: a queen-size bed with quality bedding, shower and toilet, combination oven, dishwasher, kitchenware, etc. The following are provided: - beds made upon arrival - bathrobes - bath towels and bath mat - pool towels - welcome basket with essentials (Senseo coffee machine) - welcome basket with local products - plenty of advice on activities, outings, and restaurants. Please note: There is NO WiFi or TV at this time. Accommodation located approximately 650m from the GR 654 (Way of St. James) which here follows the GR 126 – 8 minutes on foot.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
