If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Arrivals should take place by 6.00 p.m. and departures by 11.00 a.m. Of course, you should behave appropriately, we also have a night's rest at some point. We are relatively relaxed and would like everyone to treat each other with respect.
