Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash to avoid scaring the chickens, canaries and cats in the area. It is also requested not to make noise after 10 p.m.
