About this location
I would be delighted to welcome you for a night in my little natural haven in the city center if: - you are friendly, down-to-earth, sincere, and young at heart! - you love nature that is a bit wild and authentic, with several fruit trees, - you are cycling on the Vélocéan route, part of the Vélodyssée cycle route. - you have a small tent - you want to relax on the beach (400m away) - you would enjoy an ice cream at the port (10-minute walk) - you are looking for simple and practical amenities for your stay (a small hot shower outside, a composting toilet, a drinking water tap, and an electrical outlet to charge your mobile phones). However, this location won't suit you if: - you're looking to be close to the beach, the beautiful coastal path, the train station, the town center, and its charming fishing port, BUT you hope to pitch your tent far from the road and away from other campers (I can accommodate up to 6 campers to allow families with large groups to find a place to relax after their day of cycling!) - you're bothered by noise at night! - the sight of a few pieces of fruit on the ground makes you nauseous! - you expect a bathroom like at home! If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them. I look forward to meeting you! The location is pleasant and situated under beautiful trees. Please note: the house is currently being renovated. The outdoor shower (with hot water) is very basic and closes with a homemade wooden door. You'll find a sink with drinking water for filling water bottles or brushing your teeth in the composting toilet room. I also provide a table and several chairs. You'll find a power strip for charging your phones in the dry toilets. Activities: Beach 400m away, relaxation at the Pornic thalassotherapy center, nearby restaurant, boat trips, several-kilometer walks on the coastal path (Route des Douniers!). Other remarks: The site is perfect for pitching small igloo or 2-second tents. Not suitable for large tents. There are no designated parking spaces for four-wheeled vehicles on my property. Parking is available nearby on the road.

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
