Are you looking for absolute peace and quiet, expansive views, and true village charm – but don't want to travel for days? Then our 2500 square meter meadow in Groß-Ziethen is just the place for you! Our property is located right on the edge of a field in a wonderfully peaceful village near Kremmen. Here you have plenty of space to unwind, enjoy the view across the fields, and completely forget the stresses of everyday life. Whether you're traveling with a campervan or a tent, you'll be surrounded by nature. Here's what you can expect (upon request and for a small additional fee): Electricity connection via cable reel €5 per day; Fresh water (provided in convenient 20-liter canisters with taps) €2; Fire pit and grill for cozy evenings under the stars: Grill €10 including 3 kg of charcoal and lighter fluid, fire pit + wheelbarrow of wood €20; Dogs welcome: Your four-legged companions are very welcome guests! The special extra: Upon request, we'd be happy to take you on a small, exclusive tour of our former historic mill! Perfect location & surroundings: Despite the absolute peace and quiet, you're well connected here and can reach everything you need in no time. For families: A children's playground is located directly opposite the property – ideal for little ones to let off steam! Culinary delights: Groß-Ziethen Castle with its restaurant and cozy bar is just a 2-minute walk away. A bakery is also within easy walking distance in the village (4 minutes). Shopping: The town of Kremmen, with all its shopping facilities, is just a 5-minute drive away. Public transport: The bus departs hourly directly from the village. Close to the city: Berlin is just a 30-minute drive away – perfect for a spontaneous day trip! Come and enjoy the tranquility at the edge of the fields and end the evening around a campfire. We offer a roughly 2,500 square meter meadow directly on the edge of a field in the quiet village of Groß-Ziethen near Kremmen. Soil conditions: The soil is dry, firm, and relatively level, except for a few molehills. Even heavy vehicles can park safely here without any problems. We mow the meadow regularly. Access and maneuvering: The property has a turning loop, which greatly facilitates turning and maneuvering. The site is therefore also very well suited for large motorhomes and caravans. Shade and privacy: The property is separated from the road by a large, dense hedge, which provides privacy and shade in the morning. There are a few trees for afternoon sun, but otherwise the area is largely unsealed.
