About this location

Nature lovers and those seeking peace are welcome at our lakeside camping on a private 2.2-hectare pond. We offer 4 open pitches and one fully equipped family tent.

Nestled in the heart of the Jura Bresse region, this is a tiny village of 84 inhabitants. You will set up by our private pond with no fixed pitches — you choose your view! If you fish, bring your gear (No Kill); the pond is home to carp, pike, tench, and black bass. Nature lovers will enjoy observing the rich wildlife around the water and the peaceful atmosphere.

Activities
Campers and anglers can fish directly in the pond (No Kill) for €30/person for 24 hours; a small children's play area and pétanque balls are available. We are very close to the 'Tour of the Jura by bike' leisure circuit with many marked cycling routes nearby. We are 12 km from Bletterans, 17 km from Poligny, 27 km from Château-Chalon, Arbois, Lons-le-Saunier, and Dole.

Other notes
Chaumergy is 2 km away: restaurants, small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, petrol station. Breakfast available on request, delivered directly to your pitch.

The Tente Libellule is 25m². It has solar lighting. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other with 2 single beds. The living room has a dining area and a kitchenette: a 2-burner gas stove, a mini gas oven, a fridge and all the cooking equipment you need. A 20-liter water tank. A wood-burning stove keeps you warm! The room has a large opening onto the terrace, with a direct view of the Etang, with sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table. Can be rented for 3 nights or more in July/August, or for 2 nights or more out of season; sliding-scale rates.
The sanitary facilities
Just 20 meters from the Tente Libellule, an independent cabin is at your disposal. We have running water, but the electricity is solar-powered and the 2 water heaters are gas-powered. The cabin has 2 bathrooms, each with WC, washbasin and shower; a sink for washing up and a washing machine. We provide environmentally-friendly cleaning products and detergents. The sanitary facilities are regularly cleaned by us. Outside, a water point.

For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, and towels provided. 2-burner gas stove + grill, mini gas oven, fridge, pots, pans and kitchen utensils, 20-liter water tank, dishes for 4. Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

The place is very quiet. Noise is to be avoided as much as possible, no radios! Entrance is through the main gate, which opens directly onto the parking lot. You can't drive around the pond. Swimming in the pond is prohibited. Smokers are asked not to leave cigarette butts on the ground or in the water (the fish won't eat them!!), and ashtrays are available. Because of the pond and surrounding ditches, children must never be left unsupervised. Our dog friends are welcome, but always kept under control (leash or rope) so as not to disturb other campers; no swimming for them either, as there may be hooks in the water! Please pick up all "popos".
