About this location

Visit us in our natural garden surrounded by meadows and forest in the Bergisches Land Nature Park. We have a campsite for approximately three tents and hammocks under the trees in a quiet location. Parking is available 50 meters away. The nearest bus stop with connections to Cologne is 1.5 km away. We only rent to one person/group at a time, so you will have complete privacy. You are very welcome if you are friendly and close to nature. Electricity and hot water are available. Wi-Fi is only available in the shower and toilet area.

The campsite is situated under deciduous trees in partial shade. The ground is level and covered with grass and herbs. You have a view of meadows, woods, and our garden. Sanitary facilities include a simple hot water shower and a composting toilet, where you'll also find Wi-Fi. These facilities are approximately 50 meters from the campsite. If you are a light sleeper, you should bring earplugs, as you can often hear airplanes in the early morning hours, and our rooster occasionally crows. However, you won't be bothered by traffic noise. You can park your car about 50 meters away; the road to the campsite is only partially accessible (four-wheel drive required in dry conditions).

Tips

  • The Lindlar Open Air Museum is within walking distance, and the :metabolon is also worth a visit.

  • We have a small island in the river (Lennefe) where you can splash around undisturbed (1 km walk).

  • There are special markets at the Lindlar Open Air Museum on many weekends.

  • In the center of Lindlar, there's "Et Matt." The 2T has its own brewery.

  • The café "Lecker Kaffee" 4 km away is recommended.
