About this location

A large meadow amidst fields in the Mecklenburg Lake District invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy watching deer and listening to the birds while having breakfast, then take a beautiful bike ride around Lake Müritz, visit one of the many lakes, or stroll around the Bollewick Barn, the maze, the Müritz National Park, and the harbor towns of Röbel and Rechlin. You can also visit the Müritzeum, the Müritz Therme spa, the mini-golf course, the Aviation Museum, the Röbel Mill, and much more. If you have friends without a campervan, no problem, we also have a holiday apartment that can be booked. Our pitch has electricity and a solar-powered outdoor shower for cooling off on hot days. We don't have a toilet, but waste disposal (chemical only) is available.

We offer up to three parking spaces in our garden, surrounded by peace and nature in a secluded location within a bird sanctuary. This makes it easy to observe many birds (cranes, red kites), deer, hares, and other wildlife. The spaces are partially shaded and relatively level on a grassy area. Please inquire about accessibility during extended periods of rain or frost. Our driveway is approximately 4 meters wide and suitable for vehicles up to about 8. It is accessed via a quiet agricultural road (sufficient for one vehicle at a time, with passing places; please be mindful of oncoming traffic). Excursions to attractions such as the Bollewick Barn or Maze (3-4 km) or the port town of Röbel (7 km) are easily accessible by bicycle. A bus stop is approximately 1 km away. The harbor with passenger boat trips and the thermal baths with sauna in Röbel are about 7-8 km away, and beautiful beaches on Lake Müritz or the Müritz arm are about 8-10 km away. Shopping is available about 4 km away at a 24/7 farm shop. A restaurant and café can be found in Germany's largest fieldstone barn in Bollewick (about 3 km away). Our meadow is an excellent starting point for cycling tours around Lake Müritz. Campers using air conditioning or a space heater will be charged a flat rate for electricity; electricity for normal use is included in the price. Waste disposal is only possible without chemicals (biochemical disposal is possible).

Hello, we are Christian and Nadine, both born in '78, and in 2021 we moved from Erfurt to the flatlands near Lake Müritz to slow down and simply live a more relaxed life. We are also avid campers ourselves and look forward to interesting exchanges. We used to enjoy camping in the Müritz region, and now we invite you to explore this beautiful area as well.

Bike tour to Bollewick (4km) with Germany's largest fieldstone barn (cafe, restaurant, flea market,...), maze, 24-hour vending machine from the farmer with milk, cheese, sausage, or paddling and rowing.
In bad weather, the Müritztherme spa with sauna in Röbel (7km) invites you to linger, or the passenger boat trip in Röbel harbor or the aviation technology museum in Rechlin.
Fresh produce from the farmer and the cheese factory in Bollewick (4km) is available at the 24-hour vending machine.
Fischerhof in Vipperow, nice little restaurants (e.g. cake bar, Müritz terrace) in Röbel (8km),

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
