Located right on the edge of the forest, the entrance to the Arnsberg Forest is just a few steps away. The city center can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes and by car it is only 5 minutes.
For cyclists, the Ruhr Valley Trail is not far away and thanks to the popular apps, you are guided for miles over fields and country lanes through the most beautiful landscapes. The Möhnesee is practically around the corner. 25 minutes by car and 45 minutes by bike.
Boat trips, pedal boating, stand-up paddling, surfing and much more. The town offers cafes, bistros, pizzerias and the best ice cream in the world, including a shopping mile. Neheim was voted one of the most beautiful towns. In summer there are numerous open-air events within a 20-kilometer radius. Neheim Live with free music in the open air, this year the Summer Shake Festival or a program at Möhnesee, Sorpesee and Hennesee with food trucks and live music (offers may vary).
There is culture in the Sauerland Museum (25 minutes drive to the old town) and the Voßwinkel wild forest (approx. 15 minutes by car) offers outdoor fun and workshops. In the old town of Arnsberg you can stroll through the quaint alleys up to the castle ruins. The view of the town is absolutely worth seeing.

Tents can be set up in the large garden. My dogs (two Havanese) love visitors and like to romp around in the garden. You should like that. The lawn is densely overgrown and currently has small areas covered with moss if you prefer a softer surface. A solar shower is provided, the terrace can be used and power sockets are within reach. The WiFi can be used at any time.
There is a parking space in front of the house for caravans, mobile homes, etc. (approx. 7m x 3m). The path is lined with stones and filled with decorative gravel.
