Hello everyone.
We have a rustic property from around 1827 on the outside.
What awaits you there?
A lot of nature awaits you on three hectares of land where you can look for a quiet spot on a horse pasture. You can also look at the pond in the foresight of nature.
You can taste our organic apples on site.
At dusk, something extraordinary sometimes comes out of the woods.
They are wild mouflons.
There are many hiking/pilgrimage routes. Ideal for biking, etc.
In Bitburg (10 km away) there is a swimming pool as well as many shops and a brewery tour accessible by bus!
The Luxembourg border with the Luxembourg "Switzerland" and the Müllertal is not far by car. We look forward to getting to know you as guests.
Our sanitary facilities are still under construction! However, from June there is an outside toilet (dry separating toilet) available.

We had a very nice time at the campsite.
The location in the middle of nature invites you to relax, hike, ride, etc.
We got good tips from the hosts about what other activities we can do in the area.
We would like to come again!

We really enjoyed our stay with Andy & Mary! We were welcomed super friendly by Andy and were allowed to choose a spot on the large field. We had planned to stay here for 1 night, but because we liked it so much, we ended up staying for three nights. Andy gave us several nice tips for things to do in the area and the area is beautiful!
Andy & Mary we want to thank you so much and we will definitely come back again!
PS. The red wine was delicious!

Really a hidden pearl of a campingplace! The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. I camped in an open field with horses, trees and nice farmlife around me. There was a forest to go to for nice walks with my dog.
I would be happy to come back!
Thank you for everything!
Greetings,
Moriem

Had a lovely trip. The farm is beautiful and the hosts are friendly / accommodating.
Tips for new guests?
Definitly walk up into the woods on the property. They are quite beautiful and have lots of moss on the ground. We had a flat tire in the morning. Not sure if it came from the farm or not but there are nails around so be sure to take care.

We stood alone on the large meadow, since we have all-wheel drive, we got there easily.
Certainly difficult for others.
Mary and Andy have really planned something with the farm, there is still a lot of work to be done. But since we didn't have to work there, we could relax. There is a street at the farm and also above the meadow, since we live very lonely, I had to get used to it first.
All in all it was a quiet weekend for us - the two of them really try very hard and take care of where they can.
They helped us out with water and we were even allowed to load the bikes at their place.
Fire basket with wood gave us an idyllic evening.
The two dogs visited us regularly - very sweet
How was the contact with the host?
As written, very uncomplicated

A very quiet place to sleep in the middle of nature. The fire pit that we could borrow was brought to our sleeping place and the wood was ready to burn. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky. In the morning it was a delicious breakfast in the peace and the sun.
How was the contact with the host?
We were received very warmly and were able to choose a spot in the meadow with our campervan. Andy showed us with great pleasure and pride what ideas they still have for the domain. Definitely a place to return in the future. They are flexible with arrival and departure times, which just makes the visit more relaxed. Very friendly and warm people! And also super sweet dogs ;-)

I enjoyed my stay. It was raining and cold the night I stayed so i spent most of the time in my tent but I would like to return and hike the area when its less wet and cold.
How was the contact with the host?
The owners were not there however the father of the owner was. He was very nice and helped me get settled.
Tips for new guests?
At the moment the infrustucture is very basic. I prefer this because i like real camping but you may not.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the super likeable Mary, then her husband. They just settled there a few weeks ago! That's why a lot is (re)built. But the potential is huge! The man explained to me what he still has in mind and I'm impressed. It will take a while before the camp is what they want it to be, but it will really be a top camp. I also noticed how diligently they are working on it and I'm sure it will be even better than I think. So, from me, only praise!
How was the contact with the host?
Absolutely GREAT!
Tips for new guests?
At the moment, only with a tent or with an all-terrain vehicle.

Hello, nice that you liked it with us. A dry separating toilet is available to our guests on the meadow, as can be found in the description. This is cleaned daily by us. More sanitary facilities will be completed for our guests in the near future.

The space is okay if you like wild camping. You are able to use their toilet but other than that there’s no facilities yet.
The field is very uneven with lots of nettles & horse dung but it’s a very peaceful & pretty area.
If you are taking your dog, please be careful or think twice, they have two dogs, one of which is very aggressive & attacked my dog unprovoked, pulling out a lot of his fur & drawing blood. (Note to the owners; please keep your dogs on a leash or in the house when you have guests. They are not safe).
How was the contact with the host?
Responsive & friendly hosts.
Tips for new guests?
Don’t take your pets.

Hello, we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We have a farm with active horse husbandry, so that there can sometimes be dry horse piles on the pasture (wild camping). Our bitch is not aggressive. We had about 15 dogs on the property 10 days before that she played with. The bitch is still young and tried to protect the property right next to the house. After contact with your dog, we immediately went into training with her so that this would not happen again.
Our sanitary facilities are still under construction. A company has not yet fulfilled your order. From June, however, there will be a dry separating toilet on the pasture for the guests, which will be emptied daily!
Thank you for the suggestions for improvement!
Best regards
