About this location

I am offering you a spacious plot of land on the edge of the village, on the edge of the forest, surrounded by lush meadows and fields.
My property is about 400 square meters and is completely fenced.
It includes a carport with various fireplaces and an ECO toilet integrated into the carport.
The property can also be accessed by camper or extra-long vehicle, as the path from the gate to the carport is completely paved with lawn grids ;)
The property is yours alone during the booking period :)
Of course, you can also spend the night in a tent under the stars.
Here you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and warm summer nights to the fullest.
The furniture (sun lounger, seating area, fire basket, grill) can be used.
Toilet cleaning is included in the above price.
Any waste generated can be disposed of for a fee of €5, which is payable on site upon arrival.
Otherwise, the area must be left clean, tidy and free of rubbish.
Since I have two dogs myself, your furry friends are also very welcome here and will certainly get their money's worth while romping around ;)
My property is near Pottenstein, in the heart of Franconian Switzerland.
The beautiful Klumpertal can be reached directly from the property in a few minutes on foot without crossing a road and the green Püttlachtal with its natural Kneipp facility offers wonderful refreshment on hot days :)
The price is for 4 adults - children are free😉 per additional person 5€ - larger groups on request.
