Experience the natural surroundings of our lovingly designed tiny house just outside Berlin. Nestled amidst forests and idyllic lakes, this retreat is perfect for relaxing days – whether alone, as a couple, or with family and friends. Our newly built tiny house, "Fuchs" (Fox), combines modern design with an open and bright living concept. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth in winter, while air conditioning keeps the tiny house pleasantly cool in summer. Features include: a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals; a dining area for cozy meals and shared moments; a modern bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet; a large terrace with comfortable seating – perfect for breakfast or relaxing evenings outdoors; insect screens on all windows and the door; blackout curtains on all windows; free parking directly at the house; and Wi-Fi. In the immediate vicinity, you can hike, swim, paddle, or simply enjoy nature. The EuroVelo R1 cycle route also runs nearby – ideal for extended bike tours. Whether you're looking for an active holiday or simply a place to unwind – this tiny house is the perfect haven of well-being in the heart of nature. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. They can be booked separately if needed (bed linen for €10 and towels for €5 each per person per stay).

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
