Description:
Strategically located ten kilometers from Palmanova highway exit (a
famous star-shaped town), it is the
ideal solution for visiting that particular town and other unique places such as Aquileia (one of the biggest and most important towns during the Roman Empire), Grado (the so called Sun Island where you will find long and beautiful beaches and a Venice-style centre). Another unmissable visit is the close Grado Lagoon'. Here you will find roads and beautiful cycle paths that cross the sea' but also charming boat trips through the lagoon itself or from Grado to the capital of our region:Trieste with its magnificent Piazza Unità facing the sea and the city centre dating back the Hapsburg golden time.
The area is divided into 3 zones:
- parking area for cars, campers, caravans and vans
- camping area in soft green grass
- covered area with kitchen, sink with drinking water, barbecue, tables, chairs and dry shelter for luggage, bicycles and sports equipment.
In addition, we provide a car wash area, tools/facilities for bikes, cars, motorcycles.
The activities
Bike, MotorBike, Motocross, Kayak, fishing, Skate, paragliding, paramotor... There are some games for children, Nearby several cultural and historical sites.

Depending on the time of day, you can find the shade under our walnut tree or near the buildings, both for cars and tents. we have a canopy where you can protect yourself if it rains heavily. green lawn, gravel or bricks depending on your pleasure.
The sanitary facilities
the small but complete bath at your disposal has one shower with hot water, a small sink with mirror, squat toilet, free and infinite drinking water everywhere; Discharge for sewage from campers. Possibility of a shower for the disabled inside our house.

Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
