Garden of approximately 600 m² around the house which can accommodate you in the shade or in the sun.
I live in a small, very quiet subdivision. With a view of the countryside and the sea in the distance.
500 meters from the town with shops (mini-market, bar, pharmacy, restaurant).
The land is enclosed with no overlooked views of the available pitches.
Surrounded by hedges.
Activities:
I am 4 kilometers from the beaches and the GR34. There is a beautiful cycle path from Kerhornou beach to the village.
The land is ideally located in relation to the Pays d'Iroise.
Pointe Saint-Matthieu, Pointe du Corsen, and Fort Bertheaume are 10 kilometers away.
There are plenty of cultural and sporting activities in the surrounding area.
The town of Saint-Renan also 10 min away.
Brest is a 20-minute drive away.
I could advise you and I can provide you with a binder with the different possible activities.
Other remarks:
I often travel by van or hike so check the dates to be able to book.
I have a medium sized dog who is very affectionate with adults and children. She will say hello to you when you arrive and then she will leave you alone to lie down in the sun.

    The gate that must remain closed for my dog. So I don't let passengers' cars in. Park on the street of the very quiet subdivision. Not much traffic.
