About this location

On the EV8 route, 5 km from Lake St. Cassien, 1.5 km from the village of Callian, and 1.3 km from shops, this campsite is run by a 62-year-old former backpacker (in a hostel). The lower part of the property is fenced and shaded, located in a residential area. Easy access. Two level pitches for a maximum of 2 or 3 discreet and quiet travelers, as the neighbors are 80 m from the tent site. Dogs on leashes are okay (because of my vegetable garden). All couples are welcome. Dry toilet. Electricity provided, no running water (3 x 10L containers provided for a solar shower and enclosed shower). Table and chairs in the shade. Dinner and breakfast (at a low price) are available at the neighbor's house with prior reservation the day before. For quiet and discreet backpackers, maximum 2 nights and 3 people. Fires are strictly prohibited (cooktop provided!). Only for cyclists and backpackers on foot. The host is from the area and will help you if you wish in the rest of your adventure.

A former backpacker who stayed in hostels, a recently retired craftsman, talkative but somewhat cultured; I know this region well. I lend my facilities, but my small pension doesn't allow me to provide meals.
