About this location
The parking space is located on the outskirts of Marnitz. You'll be parked in the middle of a 1.5-hectare (15,000 m²!!) newly reforested area. The area is completely fenced, so your dog can roam freely. The code for the gate is "3012". Please keep the gate closed at all times (!) to protect against deer. Important: • The terrain slopes slightly – if it's wet or the ground is soft, driving out can be difficult (no problem for 4WD vehicles). • It's a dead-end road – there's no way to turn around. • At the end of the road is a large willow tree with low-hanging branches. Be careful if you have a high vehicle. • Depending on the time of year, the area might not be as perfectly mowed as shown in the pictures – just park on the grass. The area is only mowed three times a year. I've reforested several areas over the last 10 years. Between 4,000 and 10,000 trees are planted or sown each year. This contributes to reducing our carbon footprint and increasing biodiversity. I'm curious to see if you know all the trees! 😉

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
