About this location

Due to the soft peaty soil, this camping does not permit campers over 2,2 tons.

We offer one shower and toilet cabin per two camping spots, which means you never have to walk far or share with many other guests.

We do not accept group reservations via Campspace!

Please note: there is no chemical toilet disposal on site! We kindly ask you to consider this before booking a camping spot!

We only have 10 pitches, it is a spacious set up (each pitch is 200m²) where besides your tent you can play football, practice yoga or do anything else.

Every spot offers the same experience, they’re all located next to the water.

In between all the spots we planted a range of different trees and plants that we love and care for, which also gives you enough privacy. No crammed back to back camping experience!

A camping spot is including:

-Bathroom with shampoo and shower gel next to the spot

We grow plants and love hosting travellers in our green village. We offer spacious camping spots with semi private fully equipped sanitary rooms. As we are surrounded by water we offer boats for free to explore the area while rowing through the canals. We also have bikes available to cycle and discover the Green Heart of Holland by bike!

Tips

  • Visit the Groene Kathedraal, Klein Giethoorn, Teetuin het Woutje and the windmill by boat or explore the polders by bike.

  • Visit the nearby charming cities like Leiden and Gouda. Less crowded than Amsterdam but just as fun.

  • Every Friday there is Market in our village. There are two supermarkets within 5 km to the campsite.

  • We have our on site breakfast kitchen and bar, but there are plenty of neat restaurants/bars nearby, and some places also deliver food to the camping. Ask at the reception for our recommendations.

    Every Friday we have Wine and cheese tasting in our on-site bar. There is neat and small beer brewery in our village, you taste their beer in our bar or on their location as well.

    In the canals around the campsite, on the river Rijn, on the lake at the Zegerplas in Alphen aan den Rijn or in the see at the beach of Wassernaar.

    We have a ping pong table in the Greenhouse and we have lot's of outdoor space to play volleyball
