About this location

The summer mood is a former 3,000m² orchard that I am currently bringing back to life. It is large and largely natural, with a beautiful shady spot under a majestic oak tree. A notable feature is the breathtaking view of the starry sky. Thanks to its location on the edge of the Westhavelland Star Park, it is particularly dark, so you can admire the Milky Way and count the falling stars while you fall asleep. The neighborhood is quiet, with a few dairy cows grazing in the pastures opposite. The transport connection is excellent, since the train station is only about 3 minutes away. The nearby town of Nennhausen impresses with a beautiful castle and an idyllic castle pond. There are also wonderful bathing lakes in the surrounding villages. Another highlight are the Great Bustards, who feel particularly at home here. With a bit of luck, you can observe these impressive birds while walking along the meadows. The nature reserves are also home to many rare bird species and there are great observation towers nearby. In the evening, with a bit of luck, you can even enjoy a visit from glowworms.

We recently took over this beautiful farm and are now lovingly renovating it until we can move in. The spacious 6000m2 farm offers plenty of space for great summer evenings, relaxed nights and cozy get-togethers.
Barbecues are welcome on the farm, but smaller fires are also permitted after consultation.
From the farm it is just 2 kilometers to the beautiful bathing area in Lünow on Lake Beetz. The Havel with other bathing areas is also not far away. It is great for walking, cycling and relaxing. Rare bird species are also found here and can be easily observed in the fields, meadows and by the water.
